Buongiorno #toofooders, come state? Per addolcire le vostre colazioni, condivido la #ricetta del mio #plumcake ai #fruttidibosco: si tratta di un dolce “casereccio” e genuino, perfetto per la prima #colazione ma anche per una golosa merenda da gustare in compagnia. Siete pronti a sfornare questa super prelibatezza?! Mani in pasta tra 3, 2, 1… buon appetito! 😛

Ingredienti

  • 260 gr farina 00
  • 3 cucchiai fecola di patate
  • 230 gr zucchero semolato
  • Mezza bustina di lievito
  • 2 uova
  • 250 gr yogurt bianco
  • Frutti di bosco q.b.
  • 100 gr burro

Procedimento

Montare le uova con lo zucchero fino ad ottenere un composto spumoso. Aggiungere a filo lo yogurt e il burro (sciolto e raffreddato), continuando a montare con le fruste. Aggiungere farina, fecola e lievito ben setacciati e mescolare con un cucchiaio di legno: otterrete un impasto liscio ed omogeneo. Aggiungere ora i frutti di bosco misti a volontà e versare il tutto in uno stampo da plumcake ben imburrato e infarinato. Infornare a 180 gradi, forno statico, preriscaldato, per circa 40 minuti. Fare sempre la prova stecchino prima di estrarre il dolce.

Note

Ovviamente, potete adattare la ricetta “base” a vostro piacimento: ad esempio, al posto dei frutti di bosco, potete aggiungere tante gocce di cioccolato 😉
