Good morning #toofooders, how are you? To sweeten your breakfast, I am sharing the recipefor my #plumcake with #forestfruits: it is a homemade and genuine cake, perfect for the first #breakfast but also for a tasty snack to enjoy with friends. Ingredients
- 260 g flour 00
- 3 tablespoons potato starch
- 230 g caster sugar
- Half a sachet of yeast
- 2 eggs
- 250 g white yoghurt
- Berries to taste
- 100 g butter
Procedure
Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Add the yoghurt and butter (melted and cooled), continuing to whisk. Add flour, starch and baking powder, sieved well, and mix with a wooden spoon to form a smooth, homogeneous mixture. Now add the mixed berries at will and pour into a well buttered and floured pudding mould. Bake at 180 degrees, static oven, preheated, for about 40 minutes. Always do a toothpick test before removing the cake.
Note
Of course, you can adapt the recipe to your liking: for example, instead of berries, you can add lots of chocolate chips 😉
